For beta support, billing questions, access problems, privacy requests, or deletion/export requests, email aranda.tuduwage2003@gmail.com.

To make a data-protection complaint, use that email address or, if you have a GradPlan account, select “Data-protection complaint” on the support form. GradPlan will acknowledge the complaint, make appropriate enquiries, keep you informed where appropriate and communicate an outcome without undue delay. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

GradPlan aims to acknowledge beta-support requests within one business day. If a payment succeeded but access did not activate, include the payment date and the email used for GradPlan, but never send a full card number or password.

Any signed-in account can use the support form; paid access is not required for a privacy complaint.
