Share product feedback or make a data-protection complaint. This route is available to any signed-in account, including after paid access expires. Never include passwords or full payment-card details.

A privacy complaint is stored separately with an immediate acknowledgement and a 30-day progress-review marker. GradPlan uses it to investigate, respond and demonstrate compliance; essential case facts may be retained after account deletion where legally necessary.
